However, some pets need more frequent care, especially puppies and kittens, senior pets, and those with chronic health concerns. Regular wellness exams help monitor your pet and uncover health concerns in their earliest stages, preventing them from advancing and becoming serious problems.

Blood Work: Annual blood work helps us detect underlying health issues that may not be immediately visible during a physical exam. A complete blood panel can assess liver and kidney function and identify any infections or imbalances. Blood work also screens for conditions like diabetes, anemia, and thyroid problems.

Urinalysis: Urinalysis helps uncover various health concerns, including early signs of kidney disease, liver disease, urinary tract infections, diabetes, dehydration, hormonal imbalances, and more. Parasite Prevention: Parasites are small organisms that live on or in your pet, causing complications ranging from minor irritations to serious illnesses. We are happy to recommend flea, tick, and heartworm protection and may suggest treatments for intestinal worms, if needed, based on your pet's unique needs.
